Home and Soil started with a simple observation: most landscaping in Northwest Arkansas doesn't look like it belongs here. Cookie-cutter designs imported from other regions. Flat-terrain solutions forced onto Ozark hills. Projects that fight the land instead of working with it.
Drew Caywood founded Home & Soil to do it differently. Growing up in the Ozarks, he developed an eye for how natural landscapes work — the way water moves across a hillside, how native plants anchor soil, and what makes an outdoor space feel like it's always been there.
That philosophy drives everything we do. Whether we're designing a patio, grading a lot, or building a retaining wall, the goal is the same: create something that enhances the natural beauty of your property, not something that overwhelms it.
In just over two years, Home & Soil has grown from a one-person operation into a full-service landscaping and outdoor living company — serving homeowners across Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Fayetteville, and the surrounding Ozark region.
